雞精膠囊蔡習會有譜陳菊：樂見其成雞精膠囊

【記者郭玉屏台北報導】總統當選人蔡英文與中國大陸國家主席習近平都獲邀出席巴拿馬運河擴建工程竣工通航儀式，屆時是否上演「蔡習會」引發關注，高雄市長陳菊25日表示，樂見其成。

陳菊上午在立法院受訪被問到蔡英文、習近平是否有機會在國際場合碰面時說，可期待，兩岸問題雙方可以有更多的理解、同理、釋出更多的善意，對兩岸發展都是正面與好的。

陳菊指出，如果兩岸領導人有機會碰面，可以給全世界看到兩岸用最和平、理性的方式，經由互相溝通、互相理解，如果有這樣的方式，「我們樂見其成」。

陳菊認為，站在地方政府的立場會全力支持配合蔡英文與準行政院長林全所組成的團隊，只要對台灣、兩岸是和平正向的發展都支持。

對於總統馬英九與蔡英文30日將會面，陳菊強調，前後任國家領導者都是為了台灣的發展，在重要議題互相溝通，樂見這樣的發展。2016/3/25
